Hi Webkemmi, For technical support I would like to refer you to our forums wherein all Max2Play users can benefit from and participate in the solutions to all issues with Max2Play. I just tested the Shairtunes installer to make sure there is not immediate issue with the software. Please try to be as precise as possible in describing your steps and your setup when starting a thread in our forums. We will be able to help you much faster. For now, you might want to try to update the system to our newest version 2.37 and expand the filesystem if you have not yet.
