I have never seen this one. I have had a couple instance where I reran a setup over an existing product and it added the
Churvis records to the database. Are you using a copy of the StarterDatabase supplied in the setup/Starterdatabase
sub-directory?

(Churvis family) and get an error - An unhandled exceprion has occured

the message and eventaully the application crashes.
