I did figure something out (wow that's a change).
1. create some tables directly in Access and made releationships between a few.
2. try to sync and I get an error saying there was issues in the
"from" clause then next dialog says my PLUm table are AFU.
3. I deleted the relationships and PLUM IDE found the tables with no issues.
