Created a new project from scratch for a SQL Server database I had been
working with. This one had the Plum tables already in it.
First time through I selected to have the Plum forms generated, and I
got the same effect I did with the Access project. During the code
generation phase, that error dialog popped up, followed by no fewer than
5 of the Overwrite Files dialog. I then got notified that David
Churvis was not in the plum user table. This is because I had earlier
added my own account, transferred all content to me, and then deleted
the rest of the Churvis users in there. I just clicked on the 'proceed
to site' option anyway and it worked fine.
I deleted the whole project, deleted the Plum tables from the database,
and started over. This time I did not check the option for generating
the CRUD forms for the Plum tables. The error dialog did not appear
this time, and everything worked as advertised.
As far as the stored procedure and component generators go...
WOW. I blinked and missed it the first time, so I did it again.
WOW.
That is going to be an incredible timesaver. Can't wait to put it to
actual use shortly.
Nice job guys.
More later.
