What do you think about providing a form for paid licensed users, that 
allows them to enter their company info (custom header) that gets 
inserted into the generated code instead of the Productivity Enhancement 
generator?  I have used frameworks in other environments that do this, 
and it is a great feature.  This would only be for paid licenses.
