Only thing I can think of is make that option a separate button, but I know
you are struggling for real estate space with the buttons. Only way to
eliminate confusion on which buttons will respect the checkbox.

Other options might be:
- Visually with CSS using colors, indicate which buttons will works with the
checkbox
- Use JavaScript to disable buttons when the checkbox is selected, and
re-enable them when deselected.
