Hi Dan,

Glad you got your problems resolved.

As far as the text area goes, your are probably going to have to forego using
the DisplayTextArea tag, and place the
text area between a DisplayExtraFormContent tag set. You can also try using the DisplayFieldSection tag to partition your form into sections. You can put the Comments into it's own div this way, add a label and then blank the label in the DisplayTextArea tag. I have done this and you can get those kind of results.

If you are really adventurous, go modify the DisplayAddForm/DisplayEditForm
tags to do this for you.

I have had this issue before, and it is probably a good idea to petition Adam and David for a 'mergecells' attribute or something like that, that will allow you to span table cells.

Jeff,
I ended up modifying my database and using a chooser control. Working
well -- happy days again. Easy (hopefully) question for the day. I
have a DisplayTextArea control at the end of a student critique form.
It provides the student a place to make comments on the course they just
took. I'd like it to span the page but "Because Plum forms output their
fields in two columns: the left column for the field labels and the
right column for the fields themselves" my text area is stuck on the
right hand side of the page. Any thoughts?

Forgot to mention you need to add the corresponding PassChooserToAction
tag to the PlumEditAction.cfm template.

Hi Dan,

I think what you want is to add another DisplayChooser control in you PlumUserAdd/Edit forms. The relationship is the same as between the PlumUser and PlumUserRole tables, if I read you right. Just open the PlumUserEditForm and make a copy of the control there at the bottom of

the page and change the variables to match the Classes table.

Good Morning Everyone,
