Zachary,

I had asked you to submit this through the Troubleshooter on our support
page.  This is so we can track this incident and use any resolutions to
automate the process for future users who might have the same issues.  The
discussion list won't be able to help you with this because your IDE is
crashing, and we're the only people who can help you with that.

Please go through the Troubleshooter as requested and then call us after
1:30 PM today (770-446-8866) so we can walk through this issue with you in
person and in detail.  Your issue seems to be dovetailing with some other
issues.
