Yeah, this is an HtmlArea problem, and we've seen it, too.  Can't figure out
a way to solve it, though.  Free pimp cup to the one who does.

Anyone else have problems with htmlarea crashing or freezing IE on
somepages. I run the pages in Firefox and it works great. Are there any
