Alright I know am repeating myself on this one. I am connecting to Oracle 9.2.0.5 server and receive "Unable to load DLL (OraOps9.dll)." I have the following installed on my dev machine in addition to Plum, .Net, ODAC, .Net Managed provider for Oracle, Oracle 9.2.0.5 client. Any ideas?
