With all respect, I have the same problem.  Such a basic function should be
as evident and easy was the database functions and it is not.

Have you read the Quick Reference?  Choose Launch Help in Browser from the
Help menu, then scroll to the bottom and you will see a FlashPaper document
that you can browse and/or print.
