David,
I'll go in this evening, try it out and comment back.

Right off of the top of my head, there should be something right up front
that shows the status of what is ready for publishing and what has already
been published. Perhaps something along the lines of adding a node on the
Project tree called Publishing, which gives the User access to content in
different stages of publication and lets them publish and unpublish from
that one spot. This would provide a handy handle from growing the
publishing aspects of the system if that becomes a direction for the
product.

By the way, what is "the CMS"? And I get Insufficient Privileges when I go
to the Admin Site.

Andy

Hi Andy (and Peter),

Publishing content is a matter of using the CMS to create an article, then
marking it as published once it is ready. You can do this by going into the
Administrative website and managing content.

We'd definitely like to get your input on how we can make it easier to
understand Plum, however. What would be a better way of communicating this
process?
