[plum] Sample Data in DisplayList tag

This is great.  For all you folks who are familiar with Hal Helms 
QuerySims tag:  Plum has an attribute named 'Sample' in the most of the 
Display custom tags (Add, Edit, List), etc.  that geneates sample data 
for prototyping, without having to go to the database.  I entered a 
value of 100 for the Sample attribute in the DisplayList tag (list 
display), and it generated 100 rows of data for me to prototype the form.

Very cool.
