Good list. These, along with the customtag cf_ vs cfmodule, all contribute
to why we can't run Plum. Good luck with getting a list of hosting providers
together. We use in-house servers, but the department that runs them doesn't
easily support doing all these.

Related to this, it would be good if the Plum site included a System
Requirements page that lists these requirements. Also, I notice the FAQ page
is empty other than saying Plum is still Beta.
