Thanks Adam - you can say that the minimum requirements to run a PLUM app are .....
I work primarily in a shared environment so the info is important. I have client's system that was half developed in Net Objects Fusion and half in Code Charge and had a couple of free apps re-skinned and bolted on. I'd like to rework the whole thing in PLUM but its running in a shared environment. CFOBJECT is likely to be the curly one - but what I wanted to find out is if the are any more beyond the original list or if some can come off. Thanks Adam. ********** Kevin and Norma Parker Advanced Imaging (Aust) Pty Ltd p: 08 8523 0225 f: 08 8523 0225 e: [EMAIL PROTECTED] w: www.advancedimaging.com.au ********** -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Adam Churvis Sent: Saturday, 16 April 2005 9:21 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [plum] Shared hosting Kind of hard to say, because let's say we made this *the* list, but some shared host disabled a relatively common (yet potentially dangerous, in their eyes) tag or function that Plum required. Then you'd have people saying, "You said this is all we needed, and they support these things, but Plum won't run on their machines!" So we have to not only be careful, but we also have to come up with some way to carefully word (in order to help resolve, not avoid blame) whatever list of requirements we publish. Any advice from this list would be welcomed. That being said, these are the main things that we believe a shared host might have an issue with.
