[plum] staus not set to "10"

My application is going well, thanks again for Plum, but I have a small problem.  Status for new users is remaining <NULL> instead of “10” and they keep getting thrown back to the login screen.  How can I reset this to default status back to “10”?   Respectfully, Dan Nall
