Something happened when Plum IDE was trying to populate the required Plum tables, and it failed to populate with sample data.
Are there any other tables in your database? Are there any relations between those tables and the Plum tables? What database platform are you using? During population in the New Project Wizard, did you read the results of each table's population message? Did any of them say anything about not being able to populate the table? Can you try it again and supply us with this information? Don't worry, Gel-- we'll help you get through this. BTW, once your Plum project successfully populates with sample data, you'll be able to login and add users and roles with no problem at all, and the navigation on the admin side is straightforward about how it's all done.
