Generating from the start using CFMODULE syntax isn't practical from the standpoint of developing the Plum IDE (trust me on this), and it isn't practical for the developer who generates the code because you can't easily read it and you can't use the graphical custom tag editors. We'll have to stick with the CF_2CFMODULE utility.
