I dunno. Might want to elevate this to the CF-Talk list to see if anybody
has a clue.

You didn't mention (that I saw) whether you tried disabling the HTTP
Keep-Alives Enabled setting in IIS admin for your 
site, as they suggested.  Did you try this?
