The changes you made sound like they are all part of the Plum Framework
itself, rather than any generated code (by generated, I mean generated from
database tables.  Only Environment.cfm in the Plum Framework gets
overwritten.

The checkbox on the setup form is to rebuild the Verity collection, which
has nothing directly to do with the Plum Framework.

Sounds like you're good to go, but let's back up that original anyway, and
you may want to go ahead and label it in your source code control system as
well.
