Hi Dan,
You can't span different tag sets, but you can use it within nested sets just fine (within the same tag pair). I do that
all the time.

Thanks. Came across another question. On a master-detail form, since the
displayViewForms are nested, I can't use cf_DisplayFieldSection, can I?

Yep, but we're going to change this for the next version.

Jeff & Adam,
This is still the situation, correct?

Thanks. That's the way I'll handle it, then.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this directly in the current
version of Plum. You can, however, create a view with these columns
aliased as you like and use that as your display table.
We'll add this capability to the project plan for the next major
upgrade to Plum.

Subject: [plum] Multiple joins to the same parent
Hi All,
I have a situation where I have a child table with multiple foreign
keys
to the same parent (Company), and I want to
display the names (alternate key) of the each of companies on a single
child view form. Is this possible? Is there a
way to Alias a table that I am not aware of?
This is not a problem on an add/edit form, because the
DisplayFilteredSelect tag has attributes which handle the primary
and foreign key specifications for you. This is not the situation with
a
DisplayColumnOnForm tag on a view form, however.
Looking for the best way to approach this.
v/r,
Jeff
