Yes, actually I applied eariler today as an individual.  The other
option is to apply as an "organization", but I wasn't too sure how
representing Pluto would work. . ..  I'd like to be involved and
represent our community either way.  We'll see what happens.

Well, Stefan is the Lead of the Spec and a Committer.  I'd assume that
he'll be toughing base with us at some point to give us some insight,
but you're right, having an active commiter involved would be a big
plus.
