So far I've had no problems on more than one machine. I'll do some more
digging.
In the mean time can you send me the output using mvn -X? That will
spew tons of information but right now that's all I can think of to run
this issue down.

I still have the same problems with the new InstallationDependency class
even after I made these changes:
1. Worked with a newly checked out trunk distribution
2. Worked with a new local pluto maven repository.
I also was able to modify build-dist.xml when I reverted
InstallationDependancy to build with Tomcat 5.5.15 to fix PLUTO-253.
Has anybody else been able to get the pluto:install maven goal to work
with the new InstallationDependency class?
