hmm, it worked flawlessly for me on both my mac and on my xp box. .
.even when I clear out my repository first.

even after I made these changes:

2. Worked with a new local pluto maven repository.
I also was able to modify build-dist.xml when I reverted
InstallationDependancy to build with Tomcat 5.5.15 to fix PLUTO-253.
Has anybody else been able to get the pluto:install maven goal to work
with the new InstallationDependency class?
