But, your BIOS even doesn't implement SSDT table, so any of the cpupm
related info are missed. OS can't do anything about power, Neither does me, :(

If you are sure SpeedStep is enabled from BIOS, the only thing you can
do to make SpeedStep available is upgrading BIOS. But it's dangerous,
You have to be on your own and at your own risk.
