Sorry for the delay, Having not logged on locally for some time I found my
monitor not working when gnome started up, now resolved. The BIOS update was
completed, there are the same error messages in messages file but Kstat shows
supported freq of 2GHz & 3Ghz with instance 0 running at 2Ghz and isntance 1
running at 3. I'm not sure its fully correct but seem to have made progress, is
this the best I can expect without even newer BIOS? Im running F3 but reluctant
to goto F4a as its alpha/beta code
Finally any pointers on how to check my disk is spinning down when idle?
