* 0.11.5 is out. Rolled CVS version counters.
* bugfix: IPv6 networks_file, load_networks6(): temp buffers for storing
IPv6 addresses and masks need to be cleaned while reading the file.
* bugfix: configuration parsing, sanitize_cfg(): relaxed checks on the
value part of the directive in order to allow for [ , ] and : chars.
