* A new aggregation primitive pkt_len_distrib, packet length distribution,
is being introduced. Bins for length distribution are custom defined by a
new pkt_len_distrib_bins configuration directive: a comma-separated list
is expected, ie. '0-499,500-999,1000-1499,1500-9000'. Preliminary feature
commit, only memory plugin is implemented.
