* Generalized internal transport of BGP-related primitives so to prepare
field to further optional data structures.
* Preliminar commit introduction NAT primitives to support Cisco NetFlow
Event Logging (NEL) for Carrier Grade NAT (CGNAT) scenarios.
* Removed existing hack to support Cisco NSEL, see UPGRADE file. This will
be (eventually) re-implemented properly via NAT primitives.
