* Introduction of custom aggregation primitives: preliminar commit (6)
* fix, MongoDB plugin: mongo_indexes_file, the file to let pmacct create
index(es) on MongoDB collections before batch inserts, is now supported
in conjunction with MongoDB authentication. Thanks to Maarten Bollen for
his support on this.
* fix, SQL plugins: SIGCHLD signal is now assigned a ignore_falling_child()
again: SIG_IGN was preventing the number of childs retired to increase.
Only recent 0.14.4-cvs releases are affected. Thanks to Stefano Birmani
for his support on this.
