* print plugin: introduced print_output_file_append configuration directive
to allow, if set to true, the plugin to append to an output file rather
than overwrite.
* print, MongoDB and AMQP plugins: partial purges to the backend are now
supported, ie. in case cache entries are not enough to store all data.
* fix, print MongoDB and AMQP plugins: P_test_zero_elem() obsoleted.
Instead, the cache structure 'valid' field is used to commit entries for
purging to backend.
* fix, SQL plugins: memory leak spotted if allocating NAT, MPLS and custom
defined primitives memory structures (MPLS and custom defined primitives
only CVS versions affected).
