* fix, BGP daemon: bgp_daemon_msglog now correctly debugs next-hop if it's
not MP next-hop. Updated bgp_agent_map documentation to reflect newly
introduced address masks.
* fix, nfacctd: NetFlow v9/IPFIX source/destination peer ASN information
elements have been found mixed up and are now in proper order.
