* fix, nfacctd: custom aggregation primitives can now have a field_type in
what internally to pmacct is known as the extended field range, id > 384.
* nfacctd: preliminar support for variable-length IPFIX fields is added:
'string' semantics is supported and maximum expected length of the field
should be specified as 'len' primitive definition.
