* print, MongoDB and SQL plugins: dynamic file names (print) and tables
(MongoDB and SQL) can now include a new $peer_src_ip variable: value is
populated using the processed record value for peer_src_ip primitive.
* fix, MongoDB plugin: change of API between C driver version 0.8 and 0.7
affected mongo_create_index(). MongoDB C driver version test introduced.
