Hi Sergey, Duplicates are a clear consequence of the "urgent" DB writer in conjunction with disabling UPDATE queries (sql_dont_try_update) and the configured (default, i guess) primary key. Urgent writers are elicited by shortage of entries available in the SQL cache.
Having memory available, my advice is to increase the value of sql_cache_entries until it matches your traffic footprint (you don't see duplicates anymore). I'd start with simply selecting a prime number (see CONFIG-KEYS, INTERNAL documents) in the area of 256000 and otherwise go one order up. If additional memory is not an option i would advice to change the primary key to a simple auto-increment index. You should also bring back the sql_refresh_time to 60, hence matching the sql_history configured value.
