Do you receive an error back? Or simply no packets are filtered in?
If the latter, did you try to debug with the help of sflowtool, ie. in
case the VLAN is not reported or so? Also, what version is this? If no
luck, the easiast would be for you to send me via unicast email an
handful sFlow packets with IPv6 traffic so that i can reproduce the
issue in lab.

Do you get masks as part of your sFlow packets? And, if yes, would you
like to use those? If yes, then you should just switch from src_host and
dst_host to src_net and dst_net. If you want to account on custom masks,
you can define a networks_file for that purpose (still switching from
host to net primitives).
