I found the problem. It was a stupid mistake. (END of MAP wasn't at the end of the template.map). Excuse me for this. But there is another problem now: After inserting a drawing object the texts in the TOC aren't displayed well. The Ä Ö Ü became unreadable. I use the charset ISO-8859-1 in the config_default.xml.
