Only while Toto.Agenda doesn't exist.
You can always create a page by typing its URL into the browser and then
clicking on "edit" for the non-existant page.

Once Toto.Agenda exists, then any [[Agenda]] links in pages in the Toto
group will point to Toto.Agenda
