The description above isn't the (complete) current default behavior. [[FooBar]] will always point to FooBar in the current group if it exists. If FooBar doesn't exist in the current group, then [[FooBar]] will point to the homepage of the FooBar group if that homepage exists. If there's neither a FooBar page in the current group nor a homepage for the FooBar group, [[FooBar]] generates a link to create a FooBar page in the current group.
