Hi, I would welcome any advice you can give on how to go about archiving wiki pages and removing the original within the following scenario. Using the Fox form recipe, users make a "Customer profile". Each Customer profile is a unique wikipage containing Customer information. The page name is in the format: customername-profile. These Customer profiles are referenced/accessed by other wiki users via a simple pagelist that displays the pagename (customername) from within the group. On occasions it is needed to change the Customer profile information (address/contact details etc). When this happens I want the user to be able to "archive" the old page for reference/audit purposes. I would like all the information in old Customer profile to move to an archive group and the old profile deleted from the existing group. I would like to make this very simple for the users, i.e. a "Submit" or "Archive" button for this task, rather than editing/copying/pasting pages. I am not sure how to go about this. I have looked at both Fox and WikiSh recipes & these seem to have the components to make such a task possible - but I'm unsure as to how to put it all together. Any tips/guidance is very much appreciated. Thanks Graham |
