Dear Donnella, My ideas also go in unison with your language, where its clear that terrorism is not an Islamic monopoly but almost every community is providing their own share. Grave thing is that the the so called Islamic version is well in front of vision, the reasons whatever it be. So the treatment is required for all, certainly a tedious and time consuming one.
And about Niyas, rather than banning voices, situations are to be brought where we can understand how different people think, how would they react to different things so that the remedies be sought accordingly. Certainly Niyas' way doesn't help a healthy discussion, but one should not forget that unless the root cause is identified the ultimate solution is a tough task.
