That is easy if you don't want to force every project that uses your code to also be open source. In this case, you'd use one of the standard GPL licenses. Otherwise, i.e. if it is okay for you if people use it in "closed source environments" such as products that are sold, something along the lines of the LLVM license is probably a good choice.
