Pekka, libhwloc-dev was my 1st try. On Ubuntu 11.10 for Panda board, it is not available.
I have turned to alternatives of libhwloc3 instead. For now, I hacked the pocl-0.7's configuration script to allow it to proceed. I will see what this may give me. I just wonder how others have setup their Panda board to cope with this problem?
