I'm upstream for ocl-icd. We never test it nor even try it on FreeBSD
but we would be very pleased if it works also on this plateform.
If it still does not work, can you run the following commands
(starting inside the ocl-icd sources):

mkdir build
cd build/
../configure
make distcheck 2>&1 | tee build-log
cd ..
tar cvzf build.tgz build/
=====
and send me the build.tgz file ? (probably privately because it
may be too big for this list)
PS: take care to try with ocl-icd 2.0.3 [1]. I just did the release,
it fixes a bug in "make installcheck" (so also in "make distcheck")
