This file should be installed with your system's OCL headers package. This file seems to be missing from pocl, which I think is by mistake/oversight. Googling for 'cl_egl.h missing' seems to give a lot of hits. The file was introduced with OpenCL 1.2, so this change is fairly recent. What you can do: 1. update your system's OpenCL headers from distro repositories 2. download the file directly from khronos.org, and put it in /usr/include/CL/ or 3. Fix it in pocl & submit a patch.
