Sarathy's sent the source code for the CGI to p5p. I've not had the tuits to
look at it properly, let alone fix it. There are two flaws in it that I could
see from an initial read through.


1: It "caches" files it's been asked to annotate forever.
   I think a simple time based expiry thing would solve this, and I suspect
   that this is what you're seeing. (Or not - ie why you're seeing really
   old files)

2: Locking, what's that?
