First of all, there is something to fix in the module:
! "my" variable $index masks earlier declaration in same scope at
PerlFunc.pm line 161. !
Anyway... I've started a pod translation project and want to convert them
with Pod::Tree modules... But PerlFunc.pm does not break my perlfunc.pod
into functions. It converts my perlfunc to a one huge html file but it
converts an english perlfunc correctly... So, there is some code somewhere
that blocks non-english characters I believe... But I couldnt find it. I
need Help!
I've also translated "=head1 NAME" to "=head1 İSİM" (thats a uc i with a dot
over it, if you see it like "y") and such commands and function definitions
like "=item map İFADE,LİSTE" etc...
Also, I get a lot of "Use of uninitialized value" warnings and use
$SIG{__WARN__} hook to block them.
And there is a last one: why does %90 of these pod parsers convert
non-english chars to silly chars? Can't you parse them just as-is? For
example, I re-parse the resulting htmls to replace the characters with
correct ones...
