Hmmm. (1) What if someone wants to index multilingual pods, in all the languages? How about (just to throw out an idea) this syntax?
=head1 NAME Etaoinshrdlu or =head1 Etaoinshrdlu NAME In other words, if there is the literal 'NAME' either as the first or the last 'word', it is a 'NAME' section.
