This is an issue with the source POD file for the DynaLoader
documentation.  It has multiple lines in the =head1 NAME section.  Not
much any of the infrastructure can do about this.

perlce doesn't have a properly formatted =head1 NAME section.

This should probably just be forwarded to perl5-porters, as none of these
are tool problems, just problems with the source POD files.
