Apparently, podlators-2.0 "broke" Pod::Man by changing the interface
so that the $parser object cannot be used more than once.
Well, this interface was being used by:
pod2man
ExtUtils::Makemaker::MM
Module::Build
which means every possible way to make manpages broke around 29 November,
and if you've been upgrading regularly, you now have a lot of empty
Perl manpages in your directories.
Since it was an undocumented but counted-on interface, I'm not sure
how to resolve this, but I wanted to raise the issue here to start
discussion about resolution, and also to let y'all know that your
man commands will fail magically soon. :)
